Daisy Fox Solutions is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland and was established in 2024 by Heather Chesney. I am passionate about helping small businesses and organisations grow and succeed.
My aim is to empower clients to operate and grow successfully by providing an affordable range of support services, advice, training and real-world experience.
Whether you are a business start-up or a well established organisation I will work with you to understand your individual needs and goals, and develop solutions that work for you.

Hi, I'm Heather, founder of Daisy Fox Solutions.
I have extensive practical and strategic experience in areas including: digital media planning & management, stakeholder engagement, event & project management, monitoring & evaluation, grant writing, compliance, implementing processes & systems and delivering training.
A real people- person, I am enthusiastic about making a positive impact on the growth and success of my clients on their business journey.
Prior to establishing the company in 2024 I worked for 17 years in the community/ voluntary sector in Belfast in a variety of roles in the following areas: Communications & Administration, Tourism, Arts & Heritage Development and Operations Management.

Do you know how well your digital channels are working? I can review your social media channels and website, providing insights, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
Do you find yourself posting digital content without a clear plan? I can work with you to create a digital strategy to align with your business goals, messaging and audience.
Do you find you don't have the time to manage your digital channels? I can help lighten the load by creating content, updating your website, email marketing and reviewing analytics.
Are you unsure of how to manage your social media channels? Would you like to be more proficient in the use of Canva? I provide practical 1-1 and group training to confidently equip you or your team with the skills needed.
When was the last time you took the opportunity to celebrate the impact of your work? I can help by creating impact reports and planning key events and celebrations. I can also undertake independent evaluations for your projects for funders/ sponsors.
Do you need support to work through a current challenge or to change your mindset? I offer 1-1 coaching to provide you with the time and space to understand your thought process and develop your next steps.
Do you find you miss out on funding opportunities because you don't have the time or resources available to complete the applications? I can support you to write grant applications to help with your organisation's future sustainability.
Have you decided to start your own business but don't feel confident in creating a website/ email/ social channels? I can help develop these for you, and provide you with a one month activation plan. I currently work with GoDaddy and Squarespace websites.
